I have noticed that I should work on being more direct during any conversation: I don’t care. XD
Get over yourself, holy shit
This isn’t about “fun” anymore, this is about proper cultural terminology. I was trying to be fun with my original “snek” comment and I was fully aware of the Longma’s mythic hybrid background, but you had to ruin it by bringing up ignorant linguistics into this. Had you used the term “serpent” as an umbrella term for snakes, dragons, and other legendary reptilian entities, none of this would be a problem. But no, you had to use “wyrm” to refer specifically to dragons of non-European origin.
Again, here’s a link to educate yourself on why that’s wrong (also why insisting that “wyverns aren’t dragons” is stupid).
GIRAFFES IN THE AIR
Imma thlippery little thake!!!
“Wyrms” are limbless dragons of European origin and, under absolutely no circumstances, DON’T include Asian dragons of any kind. The proper name for a Chinese dragon is “Loong.”
Educate yourself
Edited because: changed 'legless' to 'limbless'
She’s part-snek. Well, specifically, part-wyrm. Longma, a Chinese dragonhorse. Kung pao bok choi. ;3
That, or waiting for her opponent to make the first move.
