Maybe you just misheard her.
Cantabile. IPA kanˈtaːbile. kahn-tah-bi-ley. No matter how quickly you say that it doesn’t sound anything like ‘cannibal’.
I’ll trust the pronunciation and official subtitles. The only way you could be right is if they butchered both the pronunciation and the subtitles. We’ll see what the official transcript says but I suspect the official subtitles are from the official transcript.
