Not to mention, human Cheerilee not only has her mane/body colors switched, but she has freckles too, making her look very different from her pony counterpart. Not to mention, human Granny Smith got chubby, while human Mrs. Cake got thinner.

They tend to tweak the colors a bit. Celestia notably went from barely pink at all to quite a shade of pink in EQG. Most others got slightly lightened.

Not necessarily. Some of the EQG counterparts have slightly different colors to their original counterparts.

Shouldn’t Novo be white instead of lavender?
