I wouldn’t know anything about yawn falling asleep while…zzzz😴

Aww, so cute! Octavia must have had a really long day, or maybe Vinyl was out late at a concert and Octavia tried to stay awake til she came but fell asleep waiting. It’s nice to see Vinyl being so concerned she’ll track Octavia down when Octavia stops answering texts or whatever else is making her phone light up.
 
I don’t know why but I really like the silhouette of Vinyl’s head for some reason. The angle is somehow really expressive of her leaning in, of her checking the room, like she wasn’t sure Octavia was in that particular room so Vinyl stuck her head in to see. And the fact that it is a silhouette shows how dark the room is without actually making the actual colors of this image too dark. And the room is dark to begin with is because Vinyl didn’t turn on the lights to the room in order to check it, showing how she, knowing Octavia’s habits, suspected she might be asleep and didn’t want to wake her when she found her.
 
It’s little details like this that make this great picture tell a story to me!
