If you think about it, a good job pays, like, $13 USD an hour or more. I mean, I never made more than $9/hr getting fucked by my employers to work my ass off for my customers and get treated like shit on all fronts despite being a good employee doing the job as well as anyone reaaonably could, but that's irrelevant. $500/13 comes out to 38 hours, which is probably roughly the amount of time spent on this piece, give or take several hours. Seems like a fair price to me, not that I could ever afford it in my wildest dreams, but I know a rich fucker who probably buys artwork 20 times that price now and then.
