Basically anything along these lines:
If there is a completely accidental orgasm. Or one character gets the other aroused by doing something non-sexual. Like giving a bath to someone with a recent injury. Or maybe embarrassingly asking to have your genitals looked at cus you think something is wrong with them and suddenly sproing!. Or you know, sitting in your dads lap while he has a cushion over his throbbing erection hes trying to hide (lol). Stuff like that.
