well obviously, applejack would never bury anyone in a barn sized pile of snow who couldn’t get out of it.
Who then instantly teleported out of said trap with ease.
Unicorn Twilight lifted a bear that was far larger than the boulder Applejack sent flying, and did it while lifting a water tank at the same time.

It might be easier to send Twilight flying quickly through the air into a big snowbank…
Although, Applejack might not take it that far. Has to be small enough to get sent through the air quickly at its target.
