Some countries don’t care at all if they’re real or not. Some countries only care about real people. So you are right in some cases.

Yes, that seems to be what I meant. FA has a similar rule concerning cubs, where high schools fur sex is allowed because, as you’ve said, obvious signs of post-puberty make it exempt from the no cub rule. :3

Yes, this artwork is clearly of an adult Twilight.
 
I don’t know the specific laws regarding the counties the servers are in; but the Swedish law states that the person must be visible post-puberty if the age is unknown. – I would need to know more about the case for the appropriate countries in this situation.

No. Nearly all the EG’s are presumed to be under 18, but this site still allows adult material of them because the respective EG’s appear to be in their late teens, and it may be obvious that their ages aren’t directly addressed in any official material, a la the ambiguous nature of a Mario game’s story, meaning this legal grey area can be exploited without concern of violating Rule 5. :3
