Maybe, but the way he’s drawn, somewhat slimmer and shorter than most ponies, and the way he’s voiced all seem to scream teenager to me, and EqG aside, I’d put Twi in her mid twenties, at least.

Well, Timber is shipped with a completely different Twilight than the other two so I have no idea why that ship is here. It has nothing to do with anything. And honestly, Sunset basically killed Flashlight by saying that Pony Twi has way too much to do and lives in a completely different dimension so he should honestly get over her. So that is basically canonly dead anyway.
