The fact is this show didn’t need a male version of Princess Elise. By the way that ship also promotes some form of beastiality. And pony Flash has done absolutely nothing of note. All he is in the pony universe is just another one of Princess Celestia’s storm troopers.

You got that right. Flash is a nice and decent guy who Twilight loves. Timber is nothing but a self absorbed jerk, and Star Tracker might be nice but he’s just a fan.

I had a lot of fun with episode, the dude made me think about if I might Twilight Sparkle. <3 I’d probably make her react the same way. I’d probably be like I want to cum inside ;-;

Gonna have to disagree with that. Flash’s relationship with her might not have much, but it’s at the very least more fleshed out in certain instances.
 
Flash at the very least did something to earn Twilight’s affection at first, sure it was a minor thing, but he did something before said spark between happened and they started giving each other the “I want you so badly” eyes (unlike Timber). Flash at least flirted gently with Twilight, and even THEN Flash and Twi didn’t (almost) kiss until the second movie (with Timber they were ready to suck face right off the bat).

You don’t have to defend flashes character here. My main complain is that a relationship between him and twilight would be boring. There is nothing interesting about the chemistry between these two. It’s that kind of ship that already was explored to death before mlp was even a thing. You can make him a interesting character (wich I don’t think he is in the show at this point) but I don’t think you could make him in mixture with twilight more interesting then most other ships

So the awkward socialy a little bit more troubled nervous guy with good intentions is not entitled to be shipped with her, but the bland ken knockoff cool high school mr.perfect is? There are good and still valid reasons why flashlight isn’t liked by so many people.

I’d ship top or bottom. I can’t remember specifically what about Timber’s interactions with SciTwi annoyed me, but it was exacerbated by the fact that they were more or less implying that camper/councilor relationships are okay.
 
Anyways, if Flash is or isn’t shipped with Twilight, it’s fine. But if not, then I’d prefer to see him hanging with Derpy from the start.

Hell Twitracker best is basically worse in comparison, kid has no sense of personal space and comes of as a creepy stalker.

All these flashlight shippers who think that the hate for this ship has faded. It’s just not as openly portrait anymore cause it isn’t that relevant Anymore. Twitracker is way better then flashlight.
