Yes indeed, but more people should honestly stop being babies about it and tolerate those with different opinions and preferences better. Our shipping tastes may also consist of life experience and fandoms we’re in as well and people should actually stop and think about it before arguing about it in comments or disliking something someone worked hard on whether on DeviantArt, Patreon, here on Derpibooru, or elsewhere. Childish imo, but aside from all the whiny 5 year olds from time to time, shipping can be fun and any shipping could work if written out and portrayed correctly.
 
Again, people need to be a bit more considerate about this.

My apologies. I misread what your comment actually meant. I get what you mean and I respect your opinion too, but I do think other people shouldn’t be as biased and base their downvotes on something such as the likes of shipping.

The world revolves around personal opinions and I’m merely expressing mine. Art is shaped by masses. In no place did I say I downvoted. Neither did I critique the art style, which is nice BTW.
 
I think people are a bit oversensitive when it comes to downvotes. It’s not like that bit of red is really that negative, all things considered.
 
And past 50 submissions the kiddie gloves go off anyways, so don’t sound like you’re new to this.

Hun, this is just the artist’s personal preferences. Honestly… how’d you like it if someone disliked your artwork (if you make artwork, that is) just because of some of their opinions/personal preferences? Next time, please be a bit more considerate about that before you decide you should downvote something someone especially worked hard on and took their time on to provide for their community.
