Nope. If you look at the tags on the original Tumblr post, one tag is “Flutterguy the Pansexual Trans Man”, so he’s trans too, just like his regal girlfriend.
(Now that I think about it, I should probably add that tag here too, since the “Queen Sombrina Pansexual Trans Woman” is also tagged here. Yeah, I think I’ll do that.)

Though I find it kinda funny that someone called “Nittany” wouldn’t like to nitpick much.
I don’t know. This is supposed to be a joke, and honestly, nitpicking it to try to make sure everyone feels comfortable is ruining the joke. I can assure you a lot of trans people are not offended by this, so I’m not going to try to micromanage this issue just to please some a few people. The bottom like is “learn to laugh, because this is not a derogatory stab at gender.”
Honestly, I wish we could crack jokes like this and not have people swooping in going “OMG think about the transwomen you just upset.” Comedy upsets people all of the time, and I’ve been offended by comedy before. I will not shut it down just so I don’t get upset when others enjoy the joke. I’ve been on the side of “too stuck up to laugh” and “laugh at myself” when it comes to religion, and I’m going to laugh at myself when it comes to crossdressing and gender identity. Part of comedy is getting mocked, but in a way that’s not meant to discriminate.

I’m not sure whether to change the tags or not. The underlying joke is the juxtaposition created by King Sombra being transgender since canon Sombra is a very masculine character, and honestly there’s the implication that Sombra might only think he’s trans. I still say Sombrina is gorgeous, though. “Passable” or not, he…she rocks a dress.
