Not entirely, she does have effects although it’s indirect through influencing others to go ahead with various actions. She never manages to do it directly herself.
So the basic premise is that her life doesn’t matter because it’s completely beyond her control and ultimately everyone’s memory is messed with so that nothing she does has any consequence?
Isn’t that basically just real life? :I
I mean, at least we matter to a few people and can control some things, though.
Or at least I like to believe I can control myself and break the 3’oclock curse and get to sleep before 3am tonight…
If you go for an alternate ending, things turn out a lot nicer for everyone involved.
