I read up on it. Appearantly Oedipus complex is more about character and actions being similar than appearance.
They really don't look much more alike than other mares look alike. Pinkie for example looks more like Sugar than Pear does. Their only strong visual resemblance is their hair accessories but since they both chose to wear them like that it says something about their characters being similar.
Otherwise they also behave atleast in somewhat similar ways so it could be assumed that Big Mac indead has Oedipus complex.
