Um, In my opinion, being pansexual is basically being gender blind, like, you fall in love with the persons personality and character, not their looks..at least, from my experience, it’s always been this way for me
@Background Pony #1002
I believe making Pinkie straight was kinda the joke here, i.e., making the character who you’d least expect to be straight actually be the only one that’s straight.
People in general are super hung up on the physical activity while refusing to acknowledge the mental and emotional attraction aspect of it; sexin’ up someone of the same sex doesn’t make you homo, it just means you had sex with someone with the same equipment. Sex and Love are two different words for a reason. Dinguses try to erase bi people because they see a bi guy with another guy and that reads as homo so that’s the box he gets put in; they see the same guy after a breakup and he’s with a girl now, they put him in the hetero box, because “actually asking someone what their deal is so you know what they want to be called” is apparently just craaazy difficult.
@Oatsy
Talking about third party opinion.
Bi don’t exist for everyday gawkers, you either straight or gay, because third and other options require long explanation.
If all of them will end up with girls, people will only assume that they are ‘bunch o’ lesbos’, leave complications for close ones.
@Darth Sonic
implying that someone cant change thiere sexuality overtime.
for most of my life i was straight and probably would have stayed that way if not for key events in my life that i wont get into. i can firmly say i decided to be pansexual. i made an active choice in doing so. so yes “decided” is the word i went with.
(and yes i know “its a joke” i actually liked the leghorn meme)
Huh… ok then. To be honest I was never really good at remembering what the nuances of some of those are. Even after looking them up. Still, love who you want to love, I guess.
And is there actually a heterosexual pride flag? Because I’ve been one for more than three decades and this is the first I’m hearing of it.
@Darth Sonic
To be fair, early Twilight could conceivably get it into her head to “decide” to be bi during one of her sperg fits. And I believe we all remember how often & well those decisions worked out for her.
