And just to be clear, we're not talking about a character like sci twi who they have in show established she's too new to friendship to pick up on every conversation, and they actually show it. I'm talking about ill fitting prompt-like dialogue that is never acknowleged.


 
Unlike most of the characters, starlight seems often incapable of creating the illusion that the two voice actresses are talking to each other, because her character isn't developed enough for such varied interaction.


 
You yourself JUST acknowledged she sounds awkward, but it's not for the reason you explained which is human twi's well established reason. Starlight's prompt dialogue is never acknowledged ilby the characters or scenes.
