I didn’t think she was ugly in TP. Honestly, I didn’t notice much difference between the N64 design, and that, besides their coloring.
 
And honestly, the horse riding play control was a li’l improved in TP.

the original epona from ocarina of time looks way different. as well as from majoras mask. those two were the only 2 cute versions of epona. this one here looke more like the ugly horse from twilight princess.
