I have the burning desire to write/draw Fleetfoot, Marble Pie, Zecora, Twilight Sparkle, Tealove and Sweetcream Scoops fighting Sugar Belle for the right to court Macintosh. Luna patiently sits on her throne in Canterlot like Thanos, waiting for the victor to emerge from the settled dust so she can claim an early victory and her stallion.

Which says something about the state of this fandom considering that both Shining and Cadance were introduced in the same episode and married upon it’s conclusion. Coincidentally, wasn’t that also the episode which introduced Twilight’s parents?

I hear you. I wouldn’t be surprised if they never mentioned SugarMac in the show again. I mean look what happned to MarbleMac. I mean it was clear they liked each other, but it wasn’t really mentioned again.
 
But maybe Big Mac is just a sugar daddy, no pun intended, like he’s got a bunch of mares in a harem, earning him the tag of “Big Macintosh gets all the mares”.
