I find it kinda funny how some members of this website have gone (and will go) into deep debates and discussion (like paragraphs of their opinion in one comment) over whether Chrysy is a mother or not. Personally, I think she is a mommy but in the end it’ll all just be headcanons based off loose evidence that can hardly stand on its own w/out confirmation.
 
Your best bet is to just wait until the show verifies this confounding question.

I dont think Chrysalis is considered their mom since they have both females and males in the hive. They also lost all loyalty toward her which would be wierd if they were her sons and daughters.

I don’t go ahead and name crack ships as I’m still new around here, but guess it’s my first one-shot or another, apologize if this is bad… For Cheese Sandwich and Rainbow Dash, there’s already one before upon digging in the site, it’s “CheeseDash”, so I pass this one because it was already established.
For Sunburst and Trixie, I believe there’s already few images depicting that before this one, but if the ship tag still hasn’t created yet, I’m thinking TrixBurst or SunXie. For Queen Chrysalis and Thorax, I’m thinking ChrysaRax or ThoraSalis, by the way, I’m still acquaintance with Thorax, so probably the first image to interact him. I think he’s a nice bug pone tho. For Moon Dancer and Flash Sentry as what @621Chopsuey mentioned, I’m thinking MoonSentry.
Finally, FlaShimmer (Flash Sentry X Sunset Shimmer), which I’m passing this one for the crack ship naming, because we don’t need to talk about that as it doesn’t need any introduction here, we know that ship pretty obvious.
