It’s such a shame that there isn’t a kind of analogue to Easter in Equestria, so that the CMC could be cute little choccy egg deliverers to the masses and give everypony teh diabeetus. ;D
People enjoy the picture in a different way than you. If someone likes feet and they like bare feet in the picture they will point it out. This is your problem that isn’t anyone else’s fault in the comments It isn’t their fault the feet are the center of your attention in the picture they are jus pointing it out. it is just that for you because you keep seeing the word.
It is ok if you don’t like feet but if you have that big of a problem, sounds like you have real bad problems then. Just avoid the comments then if you don’t like that is being said. Don’t rant that people should stop talking about it so you feel comfortable people can comment ANYTHING in the picture they want. Don’t like it, well it must suck to be you then.

people making comments about their favorite ships outside of those ship images, while annoying, do not cause a body part you personally find pretty gross to suddenly be highlighted. it ruins the image because it draws my attention to something in the image itself i don’t want to be my focus. the first time i looked at this image, i didn’t even notice they had feet. now it’s the first thing i see, because people actively fetishized it. on a safe image, which you know there actually are rules about comments not exceeding the image’s rating and i’d say blatant foot-fetishism is at least suggestive, so

also i like reading comments, it’s my favorite thing about derpi, sans situations like this, so telling me ‘just don’t read the comments’ is like telling me ‘just don’t come to derpi at all’ because then what’s even the point

I understand your feelings, on some level. I’m personally a lot more bothered by shipping implications posted on solo and looking-at-you art, because that actually conflicts with the appeal of it, and nobody else complains about that. Even then, if I try hard enough, I can ignore it and believe the waifu’s looking at me and not some stallion she’s supposedly in love with like that guy in the comments seems to think. I’ve thought that I’d love to have something in the rules to stop shippers from ruining waifu art with their stuff, but I’ve realized that’s unfair.
If I can get over that, I think you can either get over some guy making silly comments about liking their feet. It all comes down to people enjoying the image differently than you, anyway, and the solution to that is to either accept the perspectives of others while enjoying your personal one, or avoiding reading comments like most people do.

but i don’t have that fetish, i don’t really like feet at all honestly, and i’m a little sick of coming into absolutely any image with feet in it, absolutely completely un-fetishized, and finding people posting their foot fetish crap all over it
it has completely killed images for me, because when people keep drooling over them, it can bring that aspect front-and-center every time i see the image
there are actual foot fetish images out there for you, i don’t begrudge you those, but for the love of, i don’t know, anything, stop making every bare foot ever shown about your fetish! leave some images unfetishized for me to enjoy in peace! come on!
