The “drama bait” tag can be used by people for filtering, as any other tag. If the objective of OP is to create drama, OP does not want to be tagged this way, because this would allow people to avoid the shitstorm. I, for example, spoiler the “op is a suck” and “op is trying to start shit” tags. I would like that the mods checked if this image warrants such tags (“drama bait”/“OP is trying to start shit”/“OP is a duck”) and add or remove them. This way there would be no tag war, and the image could die ignored for non-drama-seekers.

With that sentence, the anonymous crybully realized she didn’t have an argument, but wanted to “Win” anyway. So she started loudly telling me that she totally doesn’t care, while throwing around words like “Drama puppet”, hoping to sway public opinion against the one that offended her. Tags like [drama bait] aren’t used for censoring; they’re used to allow those who don’t actually care about all these OH-SO-SERIOUS-AND-IMPORTANT topics like “Is Starlight irredeemably evil?” or “Is Jay Fosgitt a talentless hack?” to just sit back and look at pretty pony pictures. If your discussion strategy relies on forcing yourself on everyone regardless of whether or not they want to deal with it, it’s probably a pretty poor strategy.

Your writing style is clearly agressive and with intent of beggining flame wars. You already had posts removed because of that. You also defend some points that you are sufficient intelligent to see the holes in the reasoning, only because they upset people. Even if others could simply ignore you, this doesn’t change the fact you are trolling.
 
I have all DB and DBZ manga and did not know Broly. I don’t think he is a really popular character (anime or movie only?). The explanation for Starlight power is simply natural born talent, while this is a little disappointing it’s something that happens in reality sometimes.

By the way, maybe this “Wah, no drama!” shit shouldn’t be used to censor discussion of the show. Starlight Glimmer is a bad character. She wasn’t redeemed, she was just forgiven over and over again and then handed a shitty season finale a deus ex machina had to save.

Not OP by today’s standards. What’s wrong with him? Just like Glimmer, his backstory is stupid and being stronger than the hero cheapens the struggles he went through to get that strong, and every villain he ever fought. He’s also NOTHING without his power. Children and manchildren alike love this walking pile of tardrage.
 
Of course, Broly has the “I’m the Legendary Super Saiyan, I was born this powerful” going for him, while Suelight Glimglam has no justification in-universe or out-of-universe for being more powerful than Alicorn Princess Twilight “Born powerful and trained from birth to be Celestia’s best student ever” Sparkle.

She committed more crimes than just having an ideology. She assaulted ponies, kidnapped them, imprisoned them and tortured them then tried to kill them, she also nearly trapped a princess in a endless time loop for the rest of her existence for not getting her way.
 
She was in fact as bad as Tirek, they both stole magic from ponies willing or no and they both put lives in danger and both their motives were petty and weak.
 

 
True but the problem with this is she never learns from her mistakes she just keeps repeating the same mistakes over and over without actually taking anything away from them, then the show justifies her mistakes as not actually being mistakes once the finale happens because trying to do things without magic failed and they had to use magic to save the day.
 
She has the flaw of constantly using magic for everything but then the show doesn’t consider it a flaw, this is more a problem of the show than it is of Starlight however.

Pfft. Starlight is not eviler than Tirek. Tirek only want destroy and achieve more power. Starlight had an ideology about “cutie marks destroy friendship” and the mane6 discover her plan. She wants more followers to expand her ideas through Equestria and without powers, ponies can continue perform they talents.
 
Her backstory maybe only need a bit of furbish. Sunburst wanted to hide his failure to his family and Starlight, for example.
 
Starlight said at “Every Little Thing She Does” has too many flaws, like make a cake without magic. And her major flawless is her strenght: the magic to do everything in the life, the good, the bad and the worse things.
