Well, yeah, I know “did” means “have sex with” in this context. But I don’t see how that is supposed to be an insult or a joke. I surmise it could imply that the mom is a loser and the only pony who would ever “do” her is a fictional character. But the joke falls flat for ponies who know that Daring Do is real.
