Wow that’s… actually terrible. That was the joy of this site was the great punny names of the tags that had me rolling. I’m actually a bit saddened by this news :( . I thought there was some forum poll thing about this very topic some few years back about keeping or dismissing Tags such as that. I get the convenience factor from the ease of searching point of view… but damn dude. That blows.

I would bet 100 Bits with you that they still do today, legally-speaking. It’s just a mythological creature and nudity alone has nothing to do with sex anyway. It’s just society of today that has become more prude and complains more vocally about stuff like that, which naturally causes a lot of creators to not dare to include that in their work.  
There definitely wasn’t any change in the law regarding certain requirements for ratings and if a creator would be daring enough to do it, simple nudity would still get a G rating.
