Oh is that what happened? I didn’t know that was the case. Now that you mention it, “Trending Images” is different than the “3-Day Top Scoring” which I was used to seeing a few weeks ago. I guess I just don’t pay attention to the mechanics of this site much, so I had no idea what was even happening. I guess this just happened to be random chance then. MY APOLOGIES, I’M A COMPLETE IDIOT AS USUAL.
a large part of the reason we switched to rotating selection of trending images instead of three day top scoring was to showcase a larger variety of artists and content on the front page. so when something like this happens, it kind of completely defeats that purpose. hating and jealousy has nothing to do with it.

The problem is they’re so low effort and numerous some people are of the opinion they dont deserve to take up the entire block of images.
Which I can respect.
If people like these images and think they’re cute and want to upvote them, what’s the problem?
They certainly aren’t breaking any rules.
As many as it takes until people get tired of them and stop giving them hundreds of upvotes.
Myself, I’m good for at least a half-dozen more or so.
