I don’t know how to make the pupils grow. The only thing I can do to them is shrink them.

Lol, well, okay then. What if it’s a very subtle sort of change to just head size? Just taking it one step at a time.

Also, I tried scaling her body parts, and she ended up looking like something you get from Pony Creater when you click the randomizer button, and then converted it to 3D.

Why not upscale her head a bit, as well?
Maybe even downscale the limbs a bit?
…and massively, massively upscale the wings xD
Also maybe make the tapes on the diaper yellow? Might not look right. Maybe make a texture image with yellow circles or something. But it looks like buttons?
