I find it silly that Gloriosa entrapped campers, the camp area including herself in a dome of brambles. Not only was it rediculous, she had no way in fighting back and just was a sitting duck as her necklace of geodes got snatched off. If she wanted to entrap the camp in brambles she could have did so without making herself the main part of it. That way she would have had more room to move around as well as it being harder to take the geodes away from her. Thus, being a longer battle.

But what message would it send? It’s okay to beat the crap out of people and steal their land. This isn’t a thanksgiving story.
The fight would definitely be longer than just grabbing a corrupting pendent from a girl. Considering the original is a natural creature.

Either the EQG characters win beating her ass and kicks her out of her home, or she wins and the camp shuts down.
Yes, there is the third option of being diplomatic and convincing her to let the camp stay… But that is still against her interests and not much different from kicking her ass and then making the camp stay.
