Because with years of farmwork (most of which involving hindlegs) and homecooked meals, it’s hard not to have such large and muscular legs.
Well… she SHOULD have massive thighs in how much she uses them. Remember that she has a regular job of bucking trees.(Hence ‘Applebucking Things’). Ergo, she should realistically have bigger muscles there then other ponies that DON’T do that. At least to my understanding.
