I think it’s important to draw a distinction here; the MLP franchise is no longer purely targeting young girls, but Freindship is Magic is still targeted towards that demographic. This is a good thing, cause a show suddenly changing format on a dime tends to not end well.

This is unnecessarly complicated for a show that was supposed to be about ponies like the title indicated.I hate how they made MLP so unfocused and chaotic.WTH does all that does even mean ,canon but not really but canon in another dimension/universe  
They failed at “keep it simple”.A cartoon for little girls shouldnt have turned in such a mess of continuity

Ugh, you have a point. I honestly thought Sci-Twi should have played second-fiddle to Shimmer for at least one more movie, instead of suddenly being elevated to main character status immediately following her introduction.
 
Doesn’t change the fact that Sci-Twi is the apprentice. And frankly, I still stand by the fact that Sci-Twi could assess her old powers if she worked hard enough, same with Sunset, which would make both of them far more powerful than Princess Twilight!

She still is the Twilight of That world.  
EVERYONE in the Equestria girls universe is a new character, its an alternate continuity. Its like Ultimate marvel to 616 marvel. but you wouldn’t suddenly jump to the conclusion that Ultimate spiderman is his Comic’s Gohan just because he’s an Alternate universe version of himself.  
Twilight STILL remained the central figure of EQG in LOE for example.
 
 
Sunset is a better example as she was a new character introduced with alot of Similarities to twilight, and seemingly took over the central role from Pony twilight, only to be booted back into the support role for “twilight”, even if it it’s that universe’s twilight.

Nah, totally different here; Gohan was supposed to be a successor to Goku, while twilight has been the most focused “hero” in the setting from the start.
 
Sunset would be gohan in this scenario, with twilight as goku.

I guess we will have to see what happens next year when the three Equestria Girls specials come out. I would love to see Sci- Twi become like a some sort of DayDream heroic person. That probably won’t happen unless all the power is given to her from the others.

See, I have a bias here. Sci-Twi is like Gohan. Toriyama and Toei fucked Gohan over. McCarthy and Hasbro have a chance of doing it right.
 
And the only way this will work is if she becomes the most powerful heroic character in the setting, only surpassed by someone from the next generation like the CMC or Flurry Heart. Sunset should be second most powerful, and Princess Twilight a distant third.

Actually, Pony Twi is more powerful than her human counterpart.
 
Pony Twi: She can do more complicated spells like: teleportation spells, transfiguration spells, there were other spells that she could do that were mention as well. Plus, basic levitation.
 
Sci Twi: She’s only limited to basic levitation.
 
Simple levitation is good enough for Sci-Twi. I rather not have her too overpowered making the rest of the group look weak.

All Sci-twi’s special power was with the crystals was telekinesis though. Keep in mind the mane six’s powers, as of LOE, is different than their abilities in the prior movies (like how fluttershy could randomly shoot butterflys at the sirens in Rainbow rocks, but probably can’t do that anymore).
 
She doesn’t have the same abilities that she had as midnight sparkle anymore.

Actually, pretty sure Sci-Twi is more powerful than Princess Twilight, just heavily repressed. Midnight Sparkle is up their with Tirek and Discord after all.

And Human applejack is stronger than Pony applejack, and Rarity is about 10000 more magical than Pony rarity.
 
The human six’s power levels, Apart from twilight, are significantly stronger than their pony selves. (its kind of hilarious honestly, its like how in power ponies giving twilight a “super power” NERFED HER compared to her canon self.)

… I think Human Dash is faster than Pony Dash.

The problem here is that the pizza wouldn’t be cooked super quick, so he’d still be taking almost as long to get pizza as a normal person would as he waited for those 20 pizzas. that order wouldn’t be fast.  
rather he’d be popping back and forth with a single pizza box every 4 minutes instead of all of them at once.
