3: DT is a child born to a previous marriage, and is only Spoiled’s daughter-in-law

4: Filthy and Spoiled got married and did the dirty very quickly after this, and Apple Bloom was born and her parents died/disappeared/whatever shortly before this flashback. This would put Apple Bloom just under a year older than DT, well within the “same age” description if spoken generally.

5: AJ’s parents aren’t gone yet in the flashback, merely offscreen, and they cannot run the farm for an unrelated reason.

1. if DT isn’t born yet, neither is AB, so she must have to come from somewhere (my theory is that she’s, in fact, adopted from another member the of Apple’s comically large family).
    
2. both of them DO exist, albeit off-camera. This means that yes, Bloom IS fully Apple family blood like AJ and Mac… but this also means Tiara is definitely an illegitimate child born out of wedlock, since the writers make it clear that Filthy and Spoiled are only engaged, and not married.
    
   So, what’s it gonna be? Apple Bloom’s adopted or Diamond Tiara’s a bastard birth?
