I was on a hurry and I had no time to find better pictures to show this off, but have you all noticed that the animators have taken away Trixie unique trait of only ONE single reflection on her eyes? Now she has two reflections like every pony else.

if only because the episode this changed was the one where changelings were taking over and replacing ponies…

And what happened, then? Well, in Ponyville they say - that the Great and Powerful Trixie’s single reflection eyes grew two new reflections that day. And then - the true meaning of Friendship came through, and the Great and Powerful Trixie found the strength of ten Great and Powerful Trixies, plus two!
Exactly there was no reason for it to be changed now that it has been so long with it, that only feels bothering to who favours Trixie and changes nothing to who doesn’t care much about her… They should have left her the way she is.
I haven’t been a big Trixie fan until No Second Prances, and I first noticed the single reflection eyes then.
your current filter.They could’ve changed the eye reflections for NSP and it would’ve been fine, it was her first big appearance in forever.
But having her eyes change so drastically between two episodes of same season? That’s bad.

I find that troubling to be truth though given the fact Granny Smith has the same single reflection thing, is there a source for this trivia?

Yes but she had kept the single reflection in No second prances, this makes me a bit upset being Trixie my favourite and I always really liked how she had this unique touch.
