Except you do a lot of things for the site and have earned every single badge you wear. Most of the unique badges are for fun anyways.
 
In the end, though, badges shouldn’t be taken too seriously. It’s something I’m guilty of sometimes because I need little pics next to my name to feel worthy. =p
 
I’d still rather earn them than get pity badges though.

It’s like, I know quite a few artists and users have gotten unique one-of-a-kind badges and all, but like I’m 99% sure if it was ever suggested to give me one, the answer would be “no, he has too many already” XD.
