Oh wow, it’s actually them. Their art style is unrecognizable at this point, but their earlier pixiv stuff looks close enough to connect the dots.

So, saw some people wondering, and yes, this artist is actually alive!  
It’s a sorta convoluted story, but basically as I was clearing inactive blogs from my tumblr follows, I found their SFW blog in there.  
From there, I found a post saying they had abandoned the blogs, but would be moving to a new one and Hentai Foundry. The blog they linked no longer existed, but their HF linked to ANOTHER tumblr (tentaclefox) which last posted in 2018 before the NSFW ban. About 3 posts down was a post that linked to their twitter, where their most recent post was February this year!
