GIMP, Adobe Photoshop, OpenCanvas, and Paint Tool SAI are a few examples. It can also apply to blatantly poor edits of already-existing images and/or vectors.”
Considering many others have also set the tags too, you should seriously consider what other people have said. 99% of your “art” is in the negative range, that alone should tell you that something is drastically wrong. :/
