I never said anything about rotors. Wings have upbeats and downbeats. This wing is in a downbeat position, thus it should be pushing the air downward underneath her, creating ripples.

I love it when featured images show pictures that were made loooooooooong time ago, before users on Ponibooru migrated to Derpibooru.

One of my first thoughts on seeing this was "wow, look at the beautiful reflection! The water is perfectly still… a bit too still."

The water is perfectly still, when the downdraft from Fluttershy's wings should be producing ripples, if not spray.
Take a look at this tiny quadrotor coming in for a water landing:
And this r/c helicopter fishing:

Both of those vehicles are about 1 kg, while Fluttershy is probably somewhere around 50 kg.

Yes, I'm an insufferable nitpicker. How did you know?

Really beautifully done. I feel a little put off by the wings. They don't seem like there's any substance other than feathers to them. other than that, absolutely gorgeous.

The background being simply different saturations and shades of the same color as the subject's coat color is a brilliant choice, giving an excellent contrastive effect.

Pretty soft for a Sony.
Just like how people argue over details over the show and cry over something not going their way, but yet continue to watch it anyways?
