I’m giving myself cuteness diabeetus with all these sketches I’ve been doing lately. Fluttershy is always so cute no matter what she’s doing though, it’s kinda like cheating
Trust me, I feel the pain of fixing something like that on a hand drawing… I have erased as much as 80% of an entire character to fix proportion or position based on a certain reference point. It sucks. xD If you do decide to redraw this one though, digitally or not, I hope to see it. :)
Yeah, I’ve been doing really quick sketches lately cause of time restraints lol. Thanks for the feedback, I looked at it a little after I drew it and saw a lot of stuff that I wanted to fix with it. I may go back and redo it digitally. It’s kinda hard to fix things on a sketch without redoing it completely :D I’m having a lot of fun with the Artist Training Grounds, and I wanna redo a lot of the sketches digitally.
One criticism I might offer is that the negative space beneath her head is offputting. There’s nothing to define what her head is attached to, if anything at all; try in the future to work on better anatomical positioning so it’s clear to the beholder what goes where. Other than that, good work. ^^
