Decent skill got me this far? Woah. It’s my first art piece, so be gentle please >w< Also I forgot to make her a vampony… dumb me.
Story behind this is that my friend asked me to draw his character. I started this two weeks ago and just got done today. It’s kind of ridiculous, but better late than never!
EDIT: I know it’s not the best, but it’s okay if you don’t like it! Everyone has a right to their own opinion, and I respect that.

In your next piece, you should forget all about depth, realism, and complex shadows and lighting and all that.
Try instead, multi-layered sketches, inked outlines, simple shadows, and maybe even tracing.
