To be honest, this artist’s style is intriguing to me. It’s sort of… Psuedo-anthro, i’ll call it because it doesn’t really seem close enough to either end. It’s like he applied the human muscle structure to the pony frame/body, which i’ve seen attempted before, but never this well.
 
But no matter what you think of it, one has to admit, looking at the rest of this guy’s work? He has some rad skill with muscle anatomy.

muscle growth is just that: it makes existing muscles stronger, it doesn’t add new muscles to the body  
if you can work on it and study some anatomy as well you can use your talent for better results

The muscle structure is actually pretty good, it’s very comic book inspired by the looks of it. The only thing that bugs me about it is the hooves instead of hands, with an anthro muscle structure hands are pretty much a must or it looks odd.
 
Though it really doesn’t deserve the downvotes imo.
