Description
Now that you’re familiar with simple appliance genetics it’s time for a more complex lesson. Last time we learned a toaster and a fan will produce a space heater. This is known as a second generation appliance. However a second generation appliance and a first generation appliance can sire what is known as a third generation appliance. In this case, a fan and a space heater will produce a hot air popcorn popper.

True. We could always say they’re a first generation appliance, though. We need a few more heat based first generation appliances in the mix or else we’re going to end up with either a lack of potential mates… or a few really satisfied toaster ponies.
That does not cover my suggestion of a convection oven, which is a glass container that cooks food by circulating heated air.
I’ve gotta see that.
