If you’re looking for the “passionate one-night stand” in angel form, you’re probably aiming at more Manic Pixie Dream Girl . The challenge with making the angel version of that is always going to be that “perfected” love is necessarily going to have the long-term aspects to it. If you could summon an angel for a night of sex, succubi wouldn’t have very much of a niche.
 
Although possibly they exist, it’s just that their price is a lot higher.

An interesting discussion held in several places on various forums. My contribution to that once was paired angels: the spirits of lifelong committed lovers/spouses, who became angels supporting the ethic of fidelity and the sacrament of marriage as supported by whatever pantheon they happened to be serving. (Since RPGs need combat hooks, I gave them teamwork powers – teleport to the other’s side, know status, team combat skills, et cetera.)
 
The common D&D suggestion is eladrin, who are big on supporting passion and living in disguise among humans. However, given that temple prostitutes existed for several ancient religions (Ishtar and Aphrodite among religions suitable for typical fantasy campaigns), angels of sex and love serving these deities would hardly be out of place.
 
One interesting twist on the succubus notion might be an angel whose modus operandi is to marry a mortal! Imagine being offered the option to marry an angel as a reward from your deity. They’ll be beautiful for your whole life even if they age gracefully, you know they’ll care about you personally, they can bear aasimar children for your bloodline, and by definition they know how to make a complicated marriage work. The only way they’ll ever leave you is if you’re unfaithful. The only thing you might refuse it for is the fact that it’s an arranged marriage, and you know the angel is partly doing it out of duty towards the deity, not because they were madly in love with you.

So she’s a succubus, and… whatever the angel-counterpart of a succubus is.
