I just always wanted somthing I thought of for a character to catch on for a name…..

While fitting, it’s too derivative in comparison to the other dragons. If this was a Pony, it’d work, but this is a dragon, who has a different naming scheme, mainly just one word.

All tend to relate to aspects of fire or an obvious body appendage.
 
Given it’s large chompers, I’d say something relating to them.
 
heck, Chomper might well be his name.

How about “Toothy”? As sort of a nod to Toothless?
