Just saying, that’s nothing compared to what Starshite did. She actually tried to kill off Twilight and her ‘baby’ dragon Spike.
I just don’t think she deserves to be in the show, there’s no need for another main character. Plus she seems like the ‘cry for me’ type at the moment.
@Josh103
I can sort of understand, what bothers me is some unfortunate implications I find with it, but I’m not going to get mad over them, unlike some people.
@Ihhh
It’s a photobomb. Some photobombs are amusing.
It’s also one depicted on an apparently meta source, since this is presumably something like a Netflix page, and the person in charge of these took the time to place that picture instead of a normal Rarity one, which makes it more amusing to me.
I’ve thought about it, and it seems that this image says that each season is devoted to a certain character, and that starlight is stealing the focus from rarity, neither of which are true.
From what I can tell, while twilight was often shoehorned into episodes in season 1, no character has ever been the primary focus of a season, and it’s impossible for a character to steal focus from another character who wasn’t the focus in the first place, especially when said character hasn’t had any more focus so far than anyone else this season.
As for the idea that this season is “supposed to belong to rarity and starlight shouldn’t have it at all”, there was no indication anywhere in the show that this season belonged to anyone, and you are very self-entitled if you think that it should belong to one character and not the other. It’s sort of like saying that one person should have the majority of apples from a wild apple tree, and that someone else is stealing most of them, when no one owned the apple tree in the first place.
Then again, I could be completely wrong, which would make sense considering how much unnecessary ambiguity is in this image, so I suggest that in the future, the artist becomes either less or more ambiguous with their images.
@Joshua
I’m not sure about that. I mean, remember the earl6y days where we were very controversial and were often represented by the more disturbing and disgusting parts of the fandom?
I like your positivity in regards to the show, but both you and I could stand to use a lot more perspective and not be as one-sided.
@Joshua
And unfortunately, people seem to be so caught up in their hate that they fail to realize, at least that is what it appears as to us, but it’s never ever that simple, and that’s probably not how it is.
