Considering the many other devices she used throughout the show’s seasons, I can only assume she built it herself. I mean, unless you can buy one at the nearest store, I figured Pinkie would’ve had the blueprints for the Party Cannon in her secret room.

Not gonna lie, I really felt bad for her. Yeah, she could probably get another party cannon from somewhere, but it’s hard to give up something that means a lot to you. Goes to show how much she cares about her sister that she was willing to give it up.
