And these three show more and more magic as time passes. Scoots hovers for longer, Sweetie sparks, Bloom does Bloom stuff.

The problem is that they have too short of an attention span to sit down and actually practice instead of goofing around on adventures.

For the longest time I thought Sweetie Belle couldn’t use magic, Scootaloo couldn’t fly :(, and Apple Bloom couldn’t grow things/build a shed. It should have occurred to me earlier that ponies might need to practice things rather than just being born talented.
