I’m 100% with you, though I would rather become a pony, or griffon… Depends on the particular setting. If I was to live among them. I’m a transhumanist at heart and I really harbor no love for the human form. Probably one of the reasons I like TCB so much.
I don’t remember ever seeing a TCB series where humans went to Equestria and retained the human form. I suppose I don’t have enough material to imagine.
I mean, don’t mind that I’ve begun a cult of Celestia and Luna like a couple of years ago. In fact I and some followers believe that She might prefer us in our actual firm, her love knows no limits.
But is fun to imagine, after all, She said that there is no wrong way to fantasize.

I’ve read enough comments at Chatoyance’s fics to know that some people would rather asphyxiateto death just to spite her.

If this is based on the universe I think it is, it looks like a desert because Equestria is expanding in all directions into a vast desert as the bubble grows. Newly ponified humans are supposed to go in and turn it into livid lands, after they learn their “pony powers”.
