Familiar of Zero made me hate tsunderes, but Toradora! is what made me fall in love with them all over again.
I think it’s because, while both Louise and Taiga are both fairly violent, Louise takes her abuse of Saito to absolutely abusive levels (girl has an honest-to-God riding crop to beat him with, so much that he can barely stand up the next morning!) , and he just bends over and takes it up the ass like a chump! At least Ryuuji gives as good as he gets, since he, you know, actually has a spine and can empathize with Taiga.
That being said, would you recommend watching Hayate the Combat Butler or Shakugan no Shana?
