What happens when you mix Twilight Sparkle, Trixie, a bunch of random unicorns and a magic sauce that turns regular ponies into Alicorns all seasoned with the magical equivalent of a nuke’s radiation or “balefire” as it is known in Equestria.

You know, that was one thing that surprised me about FoE’s depiction of “The Master/Goddess”. As opposed to actually showing her mangled, goopy form, all we got was the Wizard of Oz style hologram face with a strong implication her real form was hidden in one of the vats.

I don’t hate science at all. But this seems more like the “horrific scientific catastrophe” rather than the magical sort, so it seems more appropriate.
