If I saw that happening here, I’d do something about it. But the fact is, it’s not happening here. It looks more like you guys are ganging up on him and being the bullies. Post links and screenshots if you must, but I can’t just take your word for it that somewhere else he did a bad thing. But it also has to relate to this site. It has to relate to the art it’s happening on. Because we Derpibooru staff only have power over this site, not Tumblr.

Fanart is allowed and protected by law.  
A personal dislike for the work does not take away this right. Nor does he require permission for it.
 
The artwork is not made for, primarily used or intended to damage someone’s reputation, or as a personal attack. Ergo, it’s not slander.
 
And hearing mean things on the internet (despite doing the same yourself, thus even taking away the moral ‘justification’ for getting upset)? You poor thing, come tell mommy all about it and she’ll kiss the boo-boo away.

Can she? While you two are not only throwing around slander and lies, accusing him of rape and all manner of insults, I have yet to see or hear Dark do any of that.
You would have about as big a case for slander as you would for copyright.
(That means you don’t have any, in case you missed the subtle hint there.)
 
I have seen first hand the comments that Darkstylerz has made through text chat on Secondlife, as well as slander he did to me that I have pictures of. With that being said, It’s obvious his little batch of supporters is going to sit here til they are blue in the face defending his behavior without understand what he is doing or has done to people. So to sum up this 10 pages of bullshit.
 
1.) His art is good, yes, and it’s art  
2.) however, he is using peoples original content without permission  
3.) not only is he using it without permission, he does it in a way that the people who created the oc does not condone  
4.) none of you or himself see the problem with what he is doing, because to you it’s just art. You don’t understand the torment, and the feelings, and the repercussions those he harasses faces from his artwork.  
5.) not only do they feel harassed they are embarrassed, this is not how their character is nor how they portray their character to be.
 
Rather then sitting here and arguing with me or anyone else defending the honor of the innocent people LOOK at the bigger picture.

I have, I even have files on patents of some products, so I what you have to go through. I urge you to go read through the pages and pages of government documentation about it. It does not matter there is really nothing you can do. You can argue about it but nothing is going to change, maybe you could complain to the people that run this site but they probable wont care. And you could bring it to court but what dumb person would do that.

It’s up on Tumblr, an American-hosted company, as well.
You two just know there’s no legal ground for anything here, and even attempting to make a case could result in a counter case for slander.
 
Well HB could counter that with Slander as well. Darkstylerz doesn’t stop it here, or tumblr, he continues it where HB frequents, Secondlife. So defend him all you want, but I would love to see how half of you would react if you had something you valued misused without consent by someone that you loathe.

Even if you make art and using a site like deviantart that give auto copyright on the art you still do not own the character. You have to get a different copyright owning the design of the character and traits.

If you’re that sure of your case, why not convince Heartbreak to sue him? I’d love to see that case get taken to court.
Then thrown out.
And laughed at. Hard. Because she doesn’t legally hold copyright over the character, whereas by creating the art, Darkstylerz holds full copyright over this image.
 
 
I have and what HB is doing is their business, however this site is hosted in France and the laws there are going to vary from the laws in the U.S. so it’s only a matter of WHAT HB can do.
