Between the ginger hair and the crumbs that look like freckles, I can’t not imagine her having an Irish accent.

When you realize you’ll never live in a home full of adorable Appliance Ponies:  

I prefer to toast stuff in a toaster oven so I can lay it sideways, regardless. Bread, waffles, etc all turn out better when you don’t have them slumping over halfway through toasting, then finishing the toast unevenly.

AND, since her non-toaster parts are biological, she won’t catch on fire when you turn her on her side to make grilled cheese! Pony appliances are always superior to their non-pony counterparts.

She’s trying, at least. Like all toasters she basically has ten settings: Bread, Bread, Bread, Bread, Bread, Bread, Bread, Bread, Burnt, Orbital Re-entry.

Don’cha worry. She was designed with human-pony bonding experiences in mind. Her plug serves as her safety cutout switch for all instances where electrical shock or fire hazards may be present. It’d probably be a good idea to empty her crumb tray first too.
 
On the flip side, she’ll be more than happy to lay on her side so you can toast grilled cheese, and unlike inferior non-pony toasters can hold back on her springs so your sammich doesn’t shoot onto the floor. Hell, as long as you don’t treat her… crummy, she’d probably be willing to toast your bread and make you a sandwich all on her own.

She doesn’t have freckles.
