I thought of the same thing. It was during the Knightfall storyline and took place shortly after Bane crippled Bruce and Azbats took over.

This was surprisingly dark for a little kid’s show. Diminished crystal ponies being corrupted into thrall soldiers by Sombra.

His cutie mark pretty much took a look at the soul of the guy he was going to be stamped on and said “NOPE.”
 
Although it could very well be an animation error, I like the idea that dabbling in the same dark arts that gave him a wicked horn could’ve just erased any existing cutie mark.

For some reason I thought about the Cybermen when I saw this.

There was an Outer Limits episode just like that, with human soldiers fighting “space aliens”.

This reminds me of this batman comic where the scarecrow used a mask that shows someone’s fear and was Able to brain wash them anyone know what iam talking about

Ok, remember the two part season three opener, when Sombra was first introduced? Remember when Twilight and Spike found that door protected with Sombra’s magic that showed anyone who came near it their worst fears? Remember what it did to their eyes?
 
 
Actually, this presents an even darker possibility to the episode. What if the helmets don’t hypnotize the ponies wearing them, but instead makes them think that the other ponies attacking them are manifestations of their worst possible fears? Sombra’s army could actually be composed of ponies who aren’t thought controlled, but who are actually terrified and scared and think they are protecting themselves, but have actually been tricked into fighting friends and family.

He truly is a BLANK FLANK.

Prove there is hypnosis being used here. Prove there is any mind-altering magic in action here. The magic glow from the eyes slits? Ever consider it was done to look terrifying?

And that is what makes you better than 90% of the others who whine about it. You accept that it doesn’t effect you, and move on with your life. So many people think being offended and bothered by something gives them some sort of right or privilege.

Well, If I’m not the first to bring it up, then I’m probably not the only one who sees your signature as pointless and irrelevant. Then again, it’s not something worth bringing up a second time, it doesn’t effect me and it isn’t a big enough deal, so do what you want, it’s not like I’m entitled.

That’s the funny thing about posting anonymously. Nobody knows who you are, so I assume you are somebody who brought it up before and feels like continuing to harp on it. If you are or aren’t, I dunno.
