And granted, I hadn’t thought about the “Swedish Milkmaid” connotation for the hairstyle I initially had in mind. Lucky made a very good point there.
Though now I have this image of a blonde milkmaid changeling queen in my head…
Er, not that I normally critique other people’s characters when getting paid to draw them of course; but we were basically designing the character together in this case, and we’re chummy enough that this sort of back and forth is standard protocol for us.
He wanted those Dutch milkmaid braids, but agreed when I suggested a looser braid with anime curls. ♥ ringlets
But you gave her ojou ringlets so all is forgiven.
I didn’t even think about that when I was making this character…especially since she goes by Princess right now. I am eternally ashamed of myself.
Funny, she doesn’t look Druish.
